- Lots more
1. HS CODE ( Harmonized System Codes ) of our HANDICRAFT Products
However, if you are still confusing, dont worry we will advise exactly for you!
2. Governmental management on Handicraft Export
With no special governmental management policy, the customs process for exporting Vietnamese handicrafts is the same as other traditional commodities.
3. Shipping mark for export Handicraft
For exports, Enterprise should have sufficient shipping mark to ensure the smoothness of the transport and customs procedures. Therefore, this job is our company’s account 😀
4. Certificate of origin of Handicraft products
The Vietnamese government does not require Vietnamese exporter to make Vietnam origin for exports. However, in many cases, you will need to require our company to provide a Certificate of Origin in Vietnam. For customers in countries that have signed free trade agreements (FTA) with Vietnam, they may require Certificates of Origin in the form so that buyers can enjoy special preferential import tax.
5. Fumigation certificate
A fumigation certificate is provided as evidence of the fumigation or sterilization of the products and packaging materials (e.g. wooden crates, cotton, wool etc…). For instance, certificates contain details such as the object of treatment, the articles involved, the temperature range used, the chemicals and the dosage used, etc…
In our case, for example, our goods are handicrafts (bamboo, rattan, water hyacinth, coconut wood and sea grass). Therefore, we would ask one Fumigation Company to apply the treatment to our goods and boxes of cartons to ensure they are free from infestation of insects or fungi.
6. Taxes on exporting Handicraft
In conclusion, VAT on exporting Handicraft pursuant to current stipulations, VAT on exported commodity is 0%.
Export duty: Handicraft is not in Vietnam’s nomenclature of taxable exports, therefore, the exporters do not have to pay export tax.
